Tai Pei Yuen (大悲院) is a well-known Buddhist temple located in the Balestier area of Singapore. The temple was established in 1938 and is dedicated to Guanyin (观音菩萨), 

the Bodhisattva of Compassion. It is also known for its charitable activities and community services, including a free medical clinic that has served the public for decades.
