Job Description

  • Produce detailed 2D and/or 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

  • Review and update drawings based on site changes or client requirements.

  • Job Description
  • Address inquiries and public feedback related to project site activities and the environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and work closely with relevant parties.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to residents’ units for activities such as condition surveys, handing over units with completed internal works, and other scheduled appointments.
  • Arrange water ponding tests (where applicable).
  • Send reminders and/or make calls to residents prior to the commencement of internal works (3-day reminder calls).
  • Coordinate with Supervisors, Sub-con representatives, RTO, and residents for appointments and follow-up (where applicable).
  • Maintain proficiency in the latest HIP Information Centre System (HICS) and stay updated on changes.
  • Update and complete all HICS records within one month after completion of toilet upgrading works and EASE 2.0 for each block.
  • Assist with administrative work, data processing, and Updating & Booking System (UBS) paperwork.
  • Disseminate information and handle resident complaints and feedback.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Customer Relations Officer and/or management.

Job Requirements

  • GCE O-Level or Diploma in a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Preferably with working experience in HIP/HDB projects.

  • Coordinate and supervise renovation/building works on site.
  • Schedule and manage workers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and assess work requested by clients.
  • Ensure works are carried out safely and in compliance with BCA regulations.
  • Monitor the quality of workmanship, materials, and construction methods.
  • Coordinate with owners, contractors, and relevant authorities.
  • Handle site issues and customer enquiries.
  • Update project information and submit required documents through BCA’s EASE Portal when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision or
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, or other related disciplines recognized by BCA; or
  • Relevant working experience in the building construction/renovation industry recognized by BCA.
  • Good knowledge of BCA regulations and renovation procedures.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and supervise site operations.

  • Coordinate and supervise M&E works on site in accordance with project specifications and schedule.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on technical and site matters.
  • Ensure M&E works are carried out in compliance with safety and quality requirements.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate submissions, inspections, and testing & commissioning activities.
  • Monitor work progress and resolve technical or coordination issues on site.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Coordinate with main contractors and relevant authorities when required.
  • Ensure timely completion of M&E works according to project timeline.

Job Requirement

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the local construction industry.
  • Good knowledge of local M&E-related standards and requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Experience in coordinating M&E works for BTO/HDB projects is required.
