SCT Construction Pte Ltd was appointed as the Main Contractor for the HDB Home Improvement Programme (HIP) under Contract G29E. 

The project comprises **4 precincts** that had undergone the **Home Improvement Programme (HIP)** with a total of **3,692 units**, located at:

* Jurong West Street 73,  Jurong West Street 75,  Jurong West Street 91, Bukit Batok West Avenue 7

The contractor ensured reliable supply of materials and stockpiling so that the project could be completed promptly without disruption. They also made a concerted effort to ensure residents’ needs were tended to, by working with Advisers to address feedback at town halls and house visits, and even provided communal study rooms for residents’ use.
