SCT Construction Pte Ltd was appointed as the Main Contractor for the HDB Home Improvement Programme (HIP) under Contract G32K. 

The project comprises **5 precincts** that had undergone the **Home Improvement Programme (HIP)** with a total of **3,680 units**, located at:

 * Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1,Teck Whye Lane and Avenue,Choa Chu Kang Avenue 2,Hougang Avenue 1 and Street 21,Yung Ho Road, Yung Loh Road and Yung Ping Road.

The contractor’s proactive approach and meticulous planning in project management enabled the smooth delivery and completion of works ahead of schedule. They demonstrated strong technical expertise and effective engagement with residents, securing full participation from all **288 households** at Hougang Avenue 1 to upgrade to **Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP)** toilets.
